At the John Warner Sixth Form we are committed to ensuring that all of our students receive the information, advice and guidance that they require in order to move on to their desired next steps once they complete their education with us.
We take great pride in the level of support we offer our students as they navigate the complex worlds of higher education and careers.
All students are allocated a personal futures mentor based on their preferred option when they finish school. Each year 60-70% of our students progress to study at university and we are well placed to support students with their UCAS applications, including those aiming for the highly competitive Oxbridge universities and medical courses.
Each year we have an increasingly large number of students seeking to gain places on higher level apprenticeship courses. Within school we have a dedicated careers advisor who has extensive experience and contacts, and is able to guide our students to ensure they access the opportunities best suited to their ambitions.
We have a proven track record of ensuring that all of our students leave school onto a future pathway which is best placed to help them achieve their longer term aspirations.
